  • 40 Dumbbell Clean and Jerks
  • 30 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 20 Dumbbell Lunges (10 each leg)
  • 10 Dumbbell Turkish Get-ups

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
