- 10 Single-arm Kettlebell Push Press (each arm)
Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg
Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Rest as needed between movements, but aim to keep a steady pace throughout the workout. Focus on maintaining good form and full range of motion with each repetition.
