  • 10 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 10 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
  • 10 Dumbbell Front Squats
  • 10 Dumbbell Push Press

Dumbbell Weight: 50 lbs/35 lbs
Rounds: 5
Time Cap: 15 Minutes


Instructions: Complete 10 reps of each movement in a row before moving on to the next. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain form and intensity. Aim to push through each round quickly to test both strength and endurance. Adjust dumbbell weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
