Chipper Strength Dumbbell

For Time:


  • 50 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 40 Dumbbell Push Press
  • 30 Dumbbell Front Squats
  • 20 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 10 Dumbbell Man Makers

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets to be completed initially, but may need to be broken up as fatigue sets in.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: This chipper workout is designed to test your strength and endurance with the dumbbell. Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement and push yourself to complete each set as efficiently as possible. Rest as needed between movements to prevent burnout, but aim to keep a consistent pace to finish under the time cap.
