AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 5 Hang Power Cleans
  • 5 Push Jerks

Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 deadlifts, 5 hang power cleans, and 5 push jerks. Use a moderate weight that allows for consistent movement throughout the workout. Keep good form to prevent injury.
