Tabata Weightlifting Bench

Tabata Weightlifting:


  • Bench Press
  • Power Clean

Tabata Structure:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
- Alternate between Bench Press and Power Clean for a total of 16 rounds.


Weight:
- Choose a challenging weight for both movements that allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals.


Score:
- Total reps completed for both Bench Press and Power Clean combined.


Instructions:
- Warm up thoroughly before starting the Tabata workout.
- Focus on maintaining good form and technique, especially as fatigue sets in.
- Rest as needed between rounds, but aim to push yourself during the work intervals.
- Record your total reps completed for both movements to track progress over time.
