    • Dumbbell Snatches (each arm)
    • Dumbbell Thrusters

Dumbbell: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Complete 21 dumbbell snatches on each arm, followed by 21 dumbbell thrusters. Then, move on to 15 reps of each movement, and finally finish with 9 reps of each. Aim to push the pace while maintaining good form throughout the workout.
