EMOM Weightlifting Dumbbell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Dumbbell Snatches (each arm)
  • Even Minutes: 5 Dumbbell Thrusters

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Instructions: Start each minute with either 5 Dumbbell Snatches on one arm, then switch arms, followed by 5 Dumbbell Thrusters. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. This workout will challenge both your strength and conditioning.
