Chipper Strength Kettlebell

For Time:


  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
  • 20 Turkish Get-ups
  • 10 Kettlebell Clean and Jerks

Kettlebell Weight: Men (24kg), Women (16kg)
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete the prescribed number of reps for each movement in order, moving through the chipper as quickly as possible. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each movement to prevent injury.
