- 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
- 15 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Choose weights that allow you to move consistently through the workout without sacrificing form. Make sure to fully extend your hips and knees on the deadlifts and stand up completely on the box jumps. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize your score.
