- 40 Dumbbell Deadlifts
- 30 Dumbbell Renegade Rows (15 each arm)
- 20 Dumbbell Box Step-ups
- 10 Dumbbell Turkish Get-ups
Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Perform the movements in order, completing all reps of each before moving on to the next. Use a single dumbbell for all movements except for the Renegade Rows. Keep a steady pace and push through the fatigue!
