- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
- GHD Sit-ups
- GHD Back Extensions
Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between GHD Sit-ups and GHD Back Extensions.
- Score is total reps completed for each movement.
- Make sure to adjust the GHD machine to the appropriate height for each athlete to ensure proper form and safety.
