- 15 GHD Sit-ups
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 deadlifts, 15 GHD sit-ups, and 20 box jumps. Make sure to scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the full 15 minutes.
