  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches (5 per arm)
  • 10 Kettlebell Lunges (5 per leg)

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a weight that is challenging but allows for unbroken sets.


Score: Total rounds + reps completed in 15 minutes.
