  • 40 Dumbbell Renegade Rows
  • 30 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches
  • 10 Dumbbell Clean and Jerks

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for good form throughout the workout.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
