Chipper Strength Kettlebell

For Time:
- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- 30 Kettlebell Push Press
- 20 Kettlebell Deadlifts
- 10 Turkish Get-ups (5 per arm)


Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Focus on good form and technique throughout the workout. Be sure to scale the weight as needed to maintain intensity.
