Tabata Weightlifting Bench

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Bench Press
- Bent Over Rows
- Floor Press
- Push Press


Equipment:
- Bench
- Barbell
- Weights


Instructions:
Complete each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Use a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
