Tabata Style (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds):

  • Bench Dips
  • Push-Ups
  • Bench Pull-Overs

Weight: Choose a challenging weight for the Bench Press
Instructions: Complete each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form and pushing yourself during each work interval.
