Equipment:
- Bench
- Pull-up Bar


Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete 21 Bench Presses, followed by 21 Toes-to-Bar, then 15 Bench Presses, 15 Toes-to-Bar, and finish with 9 Bench Presses and 9 Toes-to-Bar. Aim to work through the reps without breaking up the sets too much to push your strength and conditioning.
