Tabata Strength Bench

Tabata:


  • Bench Press
  • Push-Ups
  • Dumbbell Rows
  • Tricep Dips

Equipment:
- Bench
- Dumbbells


Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each exercise. Complete all 4 exercises for a full Tabata workout. Adjust weights as needed for proper form and to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
