  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Lunges (10 each leg)
  • 10 Turkish Get-Ups (5 each side)

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
