  • 15 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Turkish Get-ups (5 per side)
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 5 Turkish Get-ups (3 per side)

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform all repetitions of each movement before moving on to the next. Alternate sides for the Turkish Get-ups. Focus on good form and technique throughout the workout.
