  • 40 Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
  • 20 Turkish Get-Ups
  • 10 Kettlebell Clean and Jerks

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
