Chipper Strength Kettlebell

For Time:


  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Goblet Squats
  • 30 Single Arm Kettlebell Snatches (15 per arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Thrusters
  • 10 Turkish Get-Ups

Kettlebell Weight: Men (24kg), Women (16kg)
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete each movement before moving on to the next. The Turkish Get-Ups should be performed with alternating arms. Rest as needed, but aim to push through the chipper without long breaks.
