Tabata Strength Kettlebell

Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of:
    • Kettlebell Swings
    • Goblet Squats
    • Single-arm Kettlebell Rows (4 rounds per arm)
    • Kettlebell Deadlifts

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout all rounds.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the 4 movements listed. Focus on maintaining good form and intensity throughout each interval.
