    • 10 Kettlebell Swings
    • 10 Goblet Squats
    • 10 Kettlebell Snatches (5 each arm)
    • 10 Kettlebell Lunges (5 each leg)

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


This workout will test your strength and endurance with the kettlebell. Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement and push yourself to keep a consistent pace through all 5 rounds.
