AMRAP Weightlifting KettlebellAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Kettlebell Swings
- 10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- 10 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
- 10 Kettlebell Lunges (each leg)
Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg
Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, moving through each exercise with good form and control. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire time cap.
