  • 50 Cal Assault Bike
  • 40 Deadlifts (225/155)
  • 30 Toes to Bar
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Power Snatches (135/95)

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Note: Start and finish with the Assault Bike. Maintain good form throughout the deadlifts and scale the weight if needed. Modify the movements as necessary to maintain intensity.
