AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
- 15 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
- 20 Box Jumps
- 25 Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)

- Bench
- Barbell
- Box
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of the prescribed reps for each movement. Adjust weights as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
