EMOM Strength Assault Bike

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15/12 Calories on Assault Bike
- Even minutes: 5 Back Squats (75% of 1RM)


Instructions:
- Set up the Assault Bike and a barbell with the appropriate weight for the back squats.
- On the odd minutes, complete the calorie goal on the Assault Bike as quickly as possible.
- On the even minutes, rack the barbell and perform 5 back squats at 75% of your one-rep max.
- Rest for the remainder of each minute before starting the next set.
