Chipper Weightlifting Bench

For Time:


  • 50 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 40 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 30 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
  • 20 Front Squats (185/125 lbs)
  • 10 Squat Cleans (205/135 lbs)

Bench: Use a standard bench for the bench press portion of the workout.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
