Chipper Weightlifting BenchFor Time:
- 50 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
- 40 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 30 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
- 20 Front Squats (185/125 lbs)
- 10 Squat Cleans (205/135 lbs)
Bench: Use a standard bench for the bench press portion of the workout.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Note: Make sure to scale the weights accordingly to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
