For Time:


  • 20 Bench Press @ 75% 1RM
  • 40 Deadlifts @ 225/155 lbs
  • 60 Wall Balls @ 20/14 lbs
  • 80 Double Unders
  • 100 Sit-ups

Equipment:
- Bench
- Barbell
- Wall Ball
- Jump Rope


Time Cap: 20 Minutes. Make sure to scale the weight of the bench press and deadlifts accordingly to maintain good form throughout the workout.
