Heartbreaker Tabata // Thursday - 2025.10.02
Tabata Gymnastics Slam BallTabata:
- 8 Rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
- Alternating between:
- Slamball over the shoulder
- Toes to Bar
Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible in the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for 8 rounds total (4 rounds of each movement). Keep track of your total reps for each movement to track progress.
Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Pull-up Bar
Notes: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on quality of movement over speed.
