- 20 seconds of max effort
- 10 seconds of rest
Skill:
- Double-unders for 4 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of max effort
- 10 seconds of rest
Instructions:
- Alternate between the Assault Bike and Double-unders, completing all rounds of each before moving to the next movement.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity during the work intervals for maximum benefit.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and technique.
