Tabata Cardio Barbell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Barbell thrusters
    • Burpees over the bar
    • Assault bike
    • Rest

Barbell Weight: #95 / #65


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Rest for a full minute before moving on to the next movement. Aim to go all out during each work interval and push through the burn.
