Tabata Cardio Slam BallTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
- Slam Ball Overhead Lunges
- Burpees
- Slam Ball Russian Twists
- Mountain Climbers
Equipment:
- Slam Ball
Instructions:
Complete each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between movements. Aim to push yourself to work at max intensity during each 20-second work period.
