Slam Ball Weight: 30/20 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Instructions: Perform the prescribed number of slam balls and then immediately go for the run. Repeat this sequence until all the slam balls and runs are completed. The slam ball weight should be challenging but allow for continuous movement throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace on the runs to maintain intensity.
