- 10 Slam Balls
- 10 Burpees
Equipment: Slam Ball
Instructions:
Complete 10 Slam Balls and 10 Burpees at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust the reps if needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
