Tabata Cardio Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Slam Balls
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many Slam Balls as possible in 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each round. Score is total number of Slam Balls completed.
