  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Instructions: Perform as many Slam Ball Overhead Slams as possible in 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each round.
