AMRAP Cardio Bench

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 200 Meter Run

Equipment:
- Bench
- Box
- Running shoes


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 Bench Press, 15 Box Jumps, and a 200 Meter Run. Make sure to pace yourself and push through the cardio bursts in between strength movements.
