AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • 200 Meter Run

Equipment:
- Box (24/20 inches)
- Kettlebell (24/16 kg)


Notes:
- Jump onto the box with both feet.
- Swing the kettlebell overhead with arms extended.
- Scale box height and kettlebell weight as needed.
- Keep a steady pace to maximize rounds completed in the time cap.
