Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes:
- 15 Wall Balls
- 12/10 Calorie Row


Equipment:
- Medicine Ball (20/14 lbs)


Instructions:
- Perform 15 Wall Balls and then row for 12/10 calories within each minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute and start the next round at the top of the next minute.
- Scale the weight of the medicine ball or the calorie count on the rower as needed.
- Aim to maintain a consistent pace throughout the 20-minute EMOM.
