EMOM Cardio Wall Ball

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes:


  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 10 Burpees

Equipment: Wall Ball


Instructions:
Perform 10 wall balls and 10 burpees at the start of each minute for a total of 15 minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute after completing the reps. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
