Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes:
- 10 Barbell Thrusters
- 10 Burpees


Barbell Weight: 95/65 lbs


Instructions: Perform 10 barbell thrusters and 10 burpees at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
