EMOM Cardio Dumbbell

Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:
- 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
- 10 Burpees


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets.
Instructions: Start each minute with 10 dumbbell thrusters, then complete 10 burpees. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
