Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for each movement:
    1. Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
    2. Burpees

Skill Focus:
- Focus on maintaining a consistent pace and form throughout each Tabata round.


Notes:
- Alternate between the two movements for a total of 8 rounds each.
- Aim to push yourself during the work intervals while maintaining proper form.
