Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
  • Alternating between:
    • Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder
    • Burpees

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Skill Focus:
- Focus on explosive power for the Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder and consistent pacing for the Burpees.


Instructions:
Perform the Tabata protocol alternating between the Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder and Burpees. The goal is to maintain intensity throughout each 20-second work interval while maximizing reps. Rest 10 seconds between each round.
