EMOM Cardio Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 15 Slam Balls
- Even Minutes: 10 Box Jumps


Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Box


Instructions:
Perform 15 slam balls at the start of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. On even minutes, complete 10 box jumps. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust weight and box height as needed for your fitness level.
