EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15 Toes to Bar
- Even minutes: 15 Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
Complete 15 Toes to Bar on the odd minutes and 15 Handstand Push-ups on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the rep scheme as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
